We want you to love your shoes - if not, returns and exchanges are quick and simple. 

U.S CUSTOMERS ONLY

Return for Store Credit

  • Customers have 15 days from the fulfillment date to return the item(s) for store credit.
  • A $6.95 return fee will be deducted from the store credit amount.

Instant Exchange

  • Customers have 15 days from the fulfillment date to return the items for an exchange.
  • A $12.00 handling fee is applied.
  • If the items returned do not meet the requirements for returned products, we will ship you back the item(s) at an inconvenience cost.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

FOR ANY CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF U.S UNFORTUNATELY ALL SALES ARE FINAL, we are working on ways to accommodate you all as well!

PRODUCT RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and scent/stain free
  • All tags & packaging must be attached and have no signs of being tampered with or reattached

Note: Our returns department has the right to deny, any return that does not meet the following conditions. In the case that a return is denied, no credit or exchange will be issued and the customer will be asked to cover the return fee.

SALE ITEMS

  • Items purchased during a sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

Our quality and control team puts forth their best efforts in order to assure you are receiving a quality product in perfect condition. If you have received an item that does not uphold these standards, please email zakirahelps@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number 
  • A photo AND description of the issue 

We'll review and help you as soon as possible!
